There's various things that should not be necessary once the feature is on by default bug 1776760.
- nimbus features: tcpPreferences bug 1738206, tcpByDefault bug 1766401
- about:preferences: checkbox bug 1737565
- BrowserGlue: phase 1 bug 1732271, phase 2/3 bug 1767508
- telemetry: phase 1 bug 1740232, phase 2/3 bug 1767415
- messaging actions: bug 1738206
- related obsolete prefs, strings and tests
(Some stuff already cleaned up, e.g., study prefs bug 1766441, migration bug 1769071, early adopter message bug 1775758.)
Unclear if this will require a migration, e.g., clearing user pref values from the rollout, or just removal of the pref entries.
