FilterListDialog.xhtml has some issues:
- the arrow like thing on the "New" button is gigantic
- changing the Filters for menu between accounts of various lengths will enlarge the filter list area and push buttons (partly) out of the window

If the size changed, some parts of the UI would go outside of the dialog.
