1823124 - Supernova: current selected message issues

Starting with version 111, I've had experience of a regression related, I believe, to a mishandling of the currently selected message. At the moment I haven't been able to locate a systematic sequence of steps, but what happens is this:

• All mode folder view;
• an A message arrives and I select it and open it to view it in a tab;
• in the meantime I do and more and N new messages arrive;
• at this point I go to the tab where I had opened message A and click on Reply: a tab opens for me to reply not to A but to one of the messages that arrived after A

Another aspect, I believe, always linked to the incorrect management of the currently selected message is this (here the behavior is more random and at the moment I am unable to define significant steps):

• message A arrives and I open it in a tab to read it;
• I do something else and in the meantime X new messages after A arrive;
• when I bring TB back to the foreground, I find Y (with Y<X) messages arrived after A, marked as read although I've never read them.

I've seen several Bugzilla tickets with similar issues, but I open a new ticket to emphasize the fact that I'm talking about regressions related to TB 111.0+

ps: by habit, as soon as these problems are detected I have:

• repair folder (the inbox);
• deleted global-messages-db.sqlite file
  Neither action fixed anything.

I'm currently on 112.0b1 Tb

I attach video of the bug-in-action: it's my Inbox with message pane (F8) off with X unread emails becoming read as new emails arrive, without me actually reading them

I did a test, sending N mails from my own Inbox from my mobile app: in TB I observed the same problem described above, in terms of mails marked as read even if not actually read. From my mobile app, however, those same emails kept being marked as unread. so i thought about restarting TB and the mails came back (in TB) unread...i'm a bit confused...
