1855758 - Messages delayed in marking read when images are slow to load

Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/118.0

Steps to reproduce:

Referencing bug 1851871

Actual results:

Message header problem is fixed, but when messages are set to mark read immediately, or otherwise if it is set on delay and it is shorter than the lag, it doesn't mark as read until after the images have loaded. It is a similar problem to 1851871.

Expected results:

Message should mark as read before image load, if possible.

So that we can trigger actions as soon as the message body is ready, we need to know when the
parser has finished outputting it.

Unfortunately my original plan of using web progress notifications is inadequate as it's not
possible to pass useful information with the notifications, so this patch implements a specialist
notification. (Thanks to nsBrowserStatusFilter for this, it discards almost all the data it
receives.) The "mark message as read" action is then connected to the notification.
