Blank email tab, with no content at all after autoupdate to 115.5.2.
Error shown in console after update attached. Vonfirmed that this error does not exist after reverting to previous release.
Further info: Also trying to reset profile did not work. Cannot create a new profile with settings imaps smtps.
Note: This bug is a direct follow-up on Bug #1869685.

Dupe of bug 1870817 which has a patch for Betterbird to port?
Christopher, do you see the same in the error console as in bug 1870817?

It doesn't look like the same error.
Can you email me the information from Help | Troubleshooting information (tick the "Include account names"), or prefs.js file?

Can you email me the information from Help | Troubleshooting information (tick the "Include account names"), or prefs.js file?
Just sent you the troubleshootinging info with version 115.6.0, in which the problem persists. We had this problem now on every installation in our domain after the update. Last known working version is 115.5.1.
Not sure if this helps for debugging: Also creating new accounts will not work anymore as during setup the assistant gives an error message that password could not be verified.

Similar to bug 1792065 comment #4 where folder.server
also failed, but not here as this time. Likely some account corruption. As per comment #0, dupe of bug 1869685 (same error as the same location).

Reporter sent me the debugging information. This case is bug 1870720 as it's an IDN domain

This makes sense, as I could not re-create a new account with the given credentials (server address) anymore (see initial reporting above), here I also got an error message. If required, I can try to upgrade again and reproduce the error message. Just let me know. For now I am still working with 115.5.1.
