The toolkit/mozapps/extensions/test/browser/browser_sidebar_categories.js:testClickingSidebarPaddingNoChange:85 clicks on a containing element to confirm that clicking on a padding does not do anything, thus we need to add an exception from the a11y_checks for this tests via setEnv.
