Spun off from bug 161509. If this is technically possible for IMAP (I wouldn't have a clue), we should search and filter for "label", just like with POP accounts. See also similar bug 177294 and bug 67421

The IMAP-specific restriction of being unable to search on Label has been resolved with the implementation of tags (and maybe a few other bugfixes); you can now *search* for tags in an IMAP account. You still can't filter on them, in any account type, but that's bug 217034.
