This is a tracker for bugs and RFEs affecting the Options->Rewrap command in the
composition window.

Bug 121898 - Rewrap wraps similar lines inconsistently
Bug 136977 - RFE: Automatic mail rewrap (don't know if this should count)
Bug 148673 - Rewrap function doesn't work properly with quoting characters
Bug 167636 - Rewrap feature doesn't wrap replied/forwarded text correctly
Bug 172857 - "Rewrap" should be more useful (more like eClean)
Bug 173918 - When quoting lines are rewrapped disobeying limit for chars per line
Bug 179266 - Rewrap should honour current wrap preference

this way. You might want to assign that bug to yourself. You also forgot the
