Setting the new pref dom.forms.html_color_picker.enabled to false in the tests makes them pass. Will investigate further and fix

Seems like we have similar issues in these test files:

mail/base/test/browser/browser_folderTreeProperties.js
mail/base/test/browser/widgets/browser_formPickers.js
mail/test/browser/account/browser_accountColors.js

@Kagami I noticed that you set the pref to ignore the new color picker in all tests within dom/html/test/forms/ - are you also going to be working on the changes to those tests and do you have a bug that I can follow? (I was hoping to use some of your changes to guide how we adapt our Thunderbird tests)
