Overview Description: When I try to access http://is I can not access the help link under the 'Find' button. It is not displayed. Steps to Reproduce: 1.) go to http://is 2.) select Help Desk/Moves link and log in Actual Results: HTML links under the find button are not displayed. Expected Results: There should be a links including a 'Help' link under the find button. Build Date & Platform Bug Found: NT build 1999120708. Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On: Mac and Linux build 1999120608 Additional information: This might be caused by <div </div> html tags

Fixed by residual style landing.
This looks to be back in recent builds. Look at http://www.aint-it-cool-news.com... links are missing. This was reported in bug 21318, which was marked as a dup of this one before it was fixed. However this looks like it should be reopened.
