This is a new bug to track ideas for buttons and banners advertising mozilla.org
products. Previous similar bugs will be marked as duplicates of this bug.

We now have a Visual Identity Team who are working toward a more consistent,
polished, and refined visual identity for the Mozilla Foundation and its
products. If you have relevant experience and are interested in helping out,
contact Steven Garrity <steven at silverorange dot com> with a concise summary
of what you are most interested in doing and links to examples of relevant work.

I have searched the Mozilla site and come across some great buttons for Firefox,
and some great buttons for Thunderbird.

Unfortunatly I am a Mozilla suite user and would not feel comfortable 'wearing'
a Firefox/Thunderbird button. However, it doesn't bother me if people get
Mozilla or Firefox or whatever they want.

What would be really great is if there could be some *generic* buttons and
adverts made up that can be used to advertise the Mozilla project as a whole. I
would certainly use those.

Exactly as says Jonathan in #9. We for example need the uniform buttons for both 
Mozilla Thunderbird and Mozilla Firefox for one of czech OpenOffice.org portals 
at http://www.openoffice.cz/ because current Firefox and Thunderbird buttons 
haven't an uniform appearance in any case. We must to solve it by a graphical 
separator.

Thunderbird and Firefox are often distributed and advertised together. Common,
corporate and in the main uniform look buttons would be very well.

Steven: Just making a reminder about this bug and seeing if it's resolvable.
Since each respective Mozilla.org "product" has buttons now, I think this bug
should be resolved. In addition, Camino and Nvu have buttons. I'd assume the
forthcoming "seamonkey" project will as well.

Please close this bug if the above is true.
I agree with comment #12 we've got what we need on this for now. Marking as FIXED.
