here is a list of the files that need to be copied. i'll post another patch here in a bit with what needs to be checked in to actually make stuff build in the new locations.

The files list looks fine to me; just to make sure though, this needs to just be a copy (and not a move), since there's supporting stuff that needs to happen to make sure the tree doesn't break.
