Details
Attempts to TCP connect to Verisign's ocsp responder, ocsp.verisign.com
a.k.a. ocsp.verisign.net, 12.166.243.30 ) on port 80 result in no repsonse
at all within 20 seconds.

The workaround is for browser users to diable OCSP in their browser
security preferences, until this is fixed.
