Currently we build the crashreporter symbols and upload them in a completely separate process from uploading builds. I'd like to additionally upload the symbols zip file alongside the packaged build, so that we can do local Breakpad processing on the Talos slaves. We'll have to fix the post-upload script on stage so that we don't put the symbols into the dated dirs, but only the tinderbox-builds dirs, since I don't want them taking up lots of extra space in our nightly archive on stage.

I realized that this won't have any effect yet, we'll have to make the hourly builds run "make buildsymbols" as well. I'll file a followup on that.
