Let's add some breadcrumbs. They might already be in the controller and just need printed in the view

This needs to go into the *new* styles of these pages, so this bug is blocked on all of them. Once the other bugs land, this bug is trivial to fix.

I added breadcrumbs to a) and b) in r26227. The collections view page c) already has breadcrumbs, after jbalogh fixed bug 478059.
