There you go... Collection creation goodness. Since pages without sidebar don't seem to be part of the concept, I added an info box there.

I think this patch is out of date, I couldn't apply it. redo?

Verified FIXED; https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/add is styled, and we'll be filing new bugs as we find them.

removing "push-needed" from 105 AMO 5.0.6 bugs; filter on "I hate stephend!"
