TikiWiki will need support for integrating with the Live Chat web client.  To allow integration between accounts, a table to link Openfire accounts with SUMO accounts needs to be added to the TikiWiki database.

To allow SUMO logins in the web client, a method to communicate between Openfire and SUMO will be needed.  This will require either a special login script for the web client to use or direct database access for Openfire.

I have some bandwidth to work on this now, and have https://wiki.mozilla.org/Support/Live_Chat/SUMO_login/Testing, but will need help from IT; I haven't yet seen those bugs filed (to update staging configs, etc.) -- Matthew, can you please file those?  Thanks!

This is ready to go, all configuration on staging is complete.

This can be pushed as soon as the testing at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Support/Live_Chat/SUMO_login/Testing is completed.
