Need to build a promo for the carousel on AMO. Working on getting it localized. Attached En-US psd.

Some guidelines for placement for the promo:

1) Placement for this promo should be the #2 spot (after intro) in the carousel. 
2) This promo would replace "Rock Your Firefox" or "Sports" for the duration of the World Cup (June 11-July 11).

Localization update:

1) We will not be localizing "Firefox Cup" since that is the brand for the overall campaign.

2) Final Spanish localization:

Please take care of the rtl direction of the strings, and that you have an
Arabic font so the Arabic characters won't be detached in the image. If you
need help in that, I'll be here.

Per Stas, we're 14/17 complete as far as translations. The last three should come in today and Stas will roll into a text file which I'll attach to this bug.

We're still waiting on the final text for German and French. For en-GB, let's just use en-US.

https://wiki.mozilla.org/WorldCup2010/Promo has all the translations, but I've noticed that the strings had made it into messages.po. I'll ask localizers to take a look.

Everything on the dev side is finished, just waiting for the all clear on the localizations.

I tested all 17 locales and the promo looked good layout-wise.

I noticed that sometimes, apparently rather randomly, the URL in the promo was "https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/z/$LOCALE/firefoxcup/" (notice the "/z/"). I wasn't able to find a way to reproduce this, however. 

One more question: is it expected that for locales that are not on the list of targeted locales for the fxcup this promo is shown in English? E.g.: https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/ca/firefox/#t-firefox-cup

Is this the expected behavior, or should the promo be hidden for these locales?

FWIW, I can see other English features on some localized pages, so it wold seem that it's an established practice.

I don't think the urls will be generated with the "/z/" in production. Should be fine (famous last words)
