579874 - [meta] Prevent pinned tabs from being "overwritten"

The application hosted within an App Tab can be lost by several means:

1) clicking links from within app tabs.
2) clicking a bookmark while an app tab is the current tab. 
3) dragging and dropping a bookmark, link or URL onto an app tab.

Case(1) is being addressed in Bug 575561.

Case(2)
This will remain a concern even if by default the bookmark menu, toolbar and sidebar are are inaccessible/disabled when an app tab is active. The personal-bookmark widget can be moved via customization to the menu or tabs toolbars, making it permanently accessible despite the proposed changes to the UI for app tabs.

One solution would be to disable all means of accessing bookmarks when the current tab is an app tab. (Bug 579871) Another solution would be to ensure that clicking a bookmark always opens a new tab when the current tab is an app tab. (Bug 579872)

Case(3)
It is possible to drag and drop bookmarks, link or URL between tab and even windows making any of this means permanently accessible despite the proposed changes to the UI for app tabs.

One solution would be to prevent app tabs from responding to drag and drop. (Bug 579873)

The URL of an app tab should not be modifiable without confirmation.

How long until this will get fixed? It's annoying to constantly checking if link will overwrite app tab or going back if it does.

Status should be quite obvious from what Bugzilla is showing. This is an open meta bug tracking a bunch of open bugs.
