User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b5) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b5) Gecko/20100831 Firefox/4.0b5

In fullscreen mode we can not access the bookmarks.
There is no Bookmarks Toolbar nor the Bookmarks button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start Firefox 4.x / Minefield
2. enable the Bookmarks Toolbar
3. goto fullscreen (F11)
4. no access to the bookmarks possible (see screenshot/url)
Actual Results:
Bookmarks Toolbar and/or Bookmarks button not visible

Expected Results:
enabled Bookmarks Toolbar = Bookmarks Toolbar visible / Bookmarks button hidden
disabled Bookmarks Toolbar = Bookmarks Toolbar hidden / Bookmarks button visible

No Bookmarks widget in fullscreen mode if Enabled Bookmarks Toolbar.

Confirmed on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b13pre) Gecko/20110302 Firefox/4.0b13pre ID:20110302030357
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW

Ever confirmed: true

And it also happens if Enabled MenuBar ,
It would be nice if this could be implemented into Firefox v9/v10.
I think this could be only a small change.

Still not available with:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:10.0a1) Gecko/20111002 Firefox/10.0a1
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:10.0a1) Gecko/20111002 Firefox/10.0a1

Thanks
Beyond not showing the bookmark/menu bar, when you right-click a spot on the navigation/tab bars to get the fullscreen context menu (with only "Hide toolbars" and "Exit fullscreen mode"), clicking the "Hide toolbars" menu item doesn't seem to do anything (aside from un/checking the item in the menu). Does that only affect custom toolbars, or should it be toggling the tab/navigation/bookmark bars?
An update on this:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20121227 Firefox/20.0
Build-ID: 20121227030822

maximized: Bookmarks Toolbar and button "Bookmarks" visible
fullscreen (F11): Bookmarks Toolbar and button "Bookmarks" not visible
Summary: fullscreen mode: no access to the bookmarks possible → full screen mode (F11): Menu Bar and Bookmarks Toolbar are not visible

seems like there are workarounds ( example : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1212156 ) but they don't look trivial and I think the bookmarks toolbar should simply appear like the other toolbars when moving the mouse to the top in fullscreen mode.

Not working in the present version as it does in Edge. Hit F11 (full screen mode). Place cursor at the top of the screen to get command and other bars. But you don't get bookmark bar although it is displayed on when you hit F11 to get off full screen. This is the problem in Firefox but not ex in Edge.
