After switching themes in the browser, the throbber no longer animates. See also
bug 61796 (progress meter), bug 61991 (url bar), bug 68227 (status bar). This
was split off bug 62434.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Mozilla or Netscape
2) View|Apply Theme -> Pick a theme
3) Click on any link
4) The throbber doesn't animate

Actual Results:  The throbber no longer animates

Expected Results:  The throbber would still be functionnal
