See also bug 61796 (progress meter), bug 61991 (url bar), bug 68227 (status bar). This was split off bug 62434. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1) Launch Mozilla or Netscape 2) View|Apply Theme -> Pick a theme 3) Click on any link 4) The throbber doesn't animate Actual Results: The throbber no longer animates Expected Results: The throbber would still be functionnal
