Keyboard Shortcuts list (1) currently has this: |Help||{for win}{button Ctrl} + {button ?}{/for}{for mac}{button Command} + {button ?}{/for}{for linux}{button F1}{/for} |- Which translates to: Help on... Windows: Ctrl+? Mac: Command+? Linux: F1 For windows (I'm on XP), this doesn't apply. Ctrl+? does nothing, and F1 works but is not listed. Ludo, can you comment if that's a bug in the product, or documentation only, or both? Iow, should Ctrl+? work to show help on windows? Thomas how's the situation with Firefox ?

Ludo, can you comment for TB9 if Ctrl+? actually opens Help on MAC? Does F1, if used as a function key, do anything on the MAC? sreepriya, what about Linux? - does F1 really show help on Linux? - does Ctrl+? do anything? FTR: I have fixed the wrong entry for Windows with today's major revision (1) |Help||{for win, linux}{key F1}{/for}{for mac}{key Command+?}{/for} (1) https://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/keyboard-shortcuts/revision/5614

Hitting F1 on Linux (FF10) brings up Help... and I'm pretty sure Cmd+? does on Mac. It does depends on where in the ui you are, though (try and hit F1 in the prefwindow)
Can someone confirm that on MAC, Command+? from main 3pane triggers TB help in browser? I had fixed this at the time per comment 3: TB Shortcut key to trigger application help (from main UI): Win: F1 Linux: F1 MAC: Command + ?
