We seem to have the cert error pages working, but they're not Metro-styled. This is not a critical feature for v1 but a nice to have.

This should get similar treatment as bug 801022. We need to get the fonts right, remove border radius and make sure that the error isn't covered by our tabs app bar when it's open. We don't need anything fancy here, just minor tweaks.
