The same GrabIt installer sometimes silently installs IncrediBar rather than Claro or Savings Sidekick. It's another Babylon-esque Montiera toolbar.

Also, this one changes the search and homepage prefs to search.incredibar.com via a redirect through claro-search.com. Uninstalling it does not reset them.

We began a discussion with the developers after the resolution of bug 812292. This hasn't progressed since, but I just pinged them again. I'll revisit this block in a couple of weeks.
