There were lots of duplicated reporting of the bug about wifi and wifi hotspot opening simultaneously. I think it is due to that there is no warning or explanation about relation between wifi and wifi hotspot.

I am referencing 2 different bugs filed due to no caution or no explanation on details of Wifi and Wifi hotspot can't open at once. And, strange UI/UX design causing unfriendly user experience and questions.

There should be a warning when wifi and wifi hotspot tried to be opened simultaneously.

And, I still see many more duplicated bug or bug of the same kind. Please kindly revise UX/UI design and let the gaia sw engineer handle it.

Wifi Hotspot automatically close the connection of wifi, but there is no alert or notification. Also, bug 839566 is still related issue that the wifi/wifi hotspot doesn't have enough information or alert for user to understand it.

We have different icons in status bar separately for indicating the wifi and Wifi Hotspot. In Bug 855513, I believe there is a patch to solve bug 839566.
