Details
This bug is about re-enabling the currently turned off image-editor. It was
turned off because it contained to many problems, which made it virtually useless.
Please make any bugs that are considered as blockers for re-enabling this
feature block this one. When all those are fixed, let's turn it on again.

I believe that image-editor is a great feature and it should be enabled.
Since this bug was opened in 2001, this is just for asking for the status of this bug as I've been looking for some of the bugs it depends and it seems nobody is working on them :(
