We're currently not exposing the v1-train strings to localizers.

We'll start doing that once we know that the locales we need for 1.0.1 have successfully migrated their work for that to the 1.0.1 specific repos.

Filing this is a placeholder to dupe bugs on that get reported on English strings in the meantime.
