This bug is to track the various components of moving equipment from SCL1 to SCL3.

I've coordinated with WPR with our proposed move dates.  ServiceNOW - WPR0019197.  WPR will show up at 9am on 5/19/14 for Move Train A. 

:arr/hwine - Can I start powering down the nodes at 8am or sooner on Monday, 5/19?
