This is the meta bug to refactor a bunch of the security checks we do in Gecko. This project has also been known as the "content policy rewrite", but that doesn't really encompass all the work that is needed. See https://wiki.mozilla.org/Security/Features/Revamp_Security_Hooks for a description. We will use this bug as a meta bug and create sub-bugs for the actual code and discussions.
