This is a tracking bug to uplift all bugs related to making FFmpeg usable to 43 as the aim is to enable FFmpeg and MSE with H264 content there.

OK, as I understand it from talking with Jean-Yves, enabling this by default if it exists (for linux) will help decrease media related crashes. There are a bunch of mochitests and reftests included in the uplifts. jya will handle the uplifts since they should go in a particular order.
This can be disabled with a pref flip if we run into problems.
