This is not a catch-all for 1.0.3 failures, but rather a tracking bug for failing tests that must be fixed in order to file for 1.0.3 conformance. To file conformance, we need to pass with no failures, on each platform, on at least two devices with different driver vendors. We explicitly are not attaching bugs to this that are not required for the 2-driver-vendors-per-platform.
