[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: If the perf team plans to use this for tracking 49 perf regressions, we should be tracking this bug on our end too.

thanks for checking :lizzard!  all that remains are slope creep issues which are not actionable.  As this is the first release of slope creep, it is hard to show a history of a few releases where we should get someone to look at the issue.

Looks like these are all fix-optional, slope creep bugs for beta 49; from talking with Joel they are all fix-optional for 49. Having the bugs recorded should make it easier for us to figure out or catch worse problems in the future if the creep becomes a slide.
