One thing to note: Blink is waiting for the CSSWG decision of w3c/csswg-drafts#3305 before shipping individual transforms, so we may need to fix this issue before shipping.

Yes. I really want to enable the nighly first because I have to enable the pref manually when working on this. :(
I can reopen the bug which enables this on nightly only and leave this bug open until we got the spec issue resolved.
