1560065 - Show trailhead page-top cards after return to AMO modal or FXA overlay

This is the desired flow as from bug 1552280 comment 5. Currently RTAMO shows modal -> old cards modal -> new tab but it should instead be RTAMO modal -> new tab with trailhead cards at the top

I can confirm that, in latest Nightly Win10x64 and macOS High Sierra 10.13.6, the page-top trailhead cards are displayed once you exit the RTAMO card by clicking on "Get started with Nightly".

However, because of the regression described in Bug 1572378 , I'm unable to confirm that the trailhead cards will show up after an extension installation, hence I'm not marking this issue as verified fixed until the issue mentioned above gets fixed as well.

Now that Bug 1572378 is fixed I was able to verify if the trailhead cards are displayed after an extension is installed from the RTAMO overlay.
As presented in the screenshot attached (no-trailhead-cards.gif), the respective cards do not appear after a successful installation.
