Details
We want the ability to experiment to learn if customizing parts of the user journey (ex: download page, about:welcome, onboarding cards, what'snewpage) impacts success (ex:installs or of a goal - like using a service).
The customized journey treatments will be based on referral attribution (aka where the user came from).
