We have a few things needed to enable or support this.
The idea being, we want to be able to turn on Pocket stories for locales outside of their obvious regions. This likely means either generic non region specific feeds for that language, or region specific feeds in that language.
Examples:
- en-US feed in India that's potentially content that is intended for India.
- generic English feed for en-US locales outside of the US.
- German language feeds outside of Germany for German browsers.
