This is a meta bug to for tracking issues that would improve the efficiency of perftest developers (not necessarily outside users of the perftest suites).

There could sometimes be potential overlap with the dev pain tracker but that would be a side effect.

The focus here is to primarily track things we think would help us perftest engineers. e.g. Could be related to things like tooling around better tackling intermittent/perma's (like the recent raptor-extra-options action task is an example) and so on. Or a script to automate chrome the ~4-6 weekly chrome driver updates, etc.
