There are tons of broken links on mozilla.org.  The goal of this bug is to track
only the broken links.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a mozilla.org page.
2. You will eventually find a broken link.
Actual Results:  
The link is broken.

Expected Results:  
The link is either fixed or removed.
