403149 - Update tree view widgets for Vista

The tree view needs to be updated for vista:

-arrows instead of + and - buttons
-no dashed outline on the tree
-new folder icon

See bug# 393514 for a mockup of the bookmarks organizer.  This but also effects the bookmarks sidebar (bug 393505, and history sidebar (393506)

Shouldn't component be Widget:Win32 instead of Places? See bug 408990 for same issue on gtk.

This is the same idea.

Which both block the new design concepts.

Technically this one isn't a duplicate but because bug 406708 gives more information and designs that's why I said something.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
