I'll file this bug to keep track of all the accelerator bugs and issues in
mailnews. If you find any bugs missing then please add them.

Accelerators is a very important accesability feature and thus it's important to
keep track of those bugs.
Adding the bugs and some mailnews QA's - feel free to remove yourself from the
list if you're not interested in this bug. Sorry for the inconvenience.
