     - fligtar wants to keep "tags", "default locale", "developer comments"
     - we still need to add "Privacy Policy" here (this is not exposed yet)
     - expose Manifest URL (cvan has this finished and will push - bug 714167).

We decided to remove tags for now because they will conflict with AMO.
