Using this bug for Windows 8 test infrastructure and separating it from the "metro tests".

That way IT and releng know exactly what is left to run current set of unit tests (rather than future coming Win8 metro tests).

Once all last 4 bugs are completed we can really say that we're ready for development.

We nevertheless need to complete bug 780050 to have our machines be fully operational from IT's and releng's perspective. For instance, an ssh daemon has nothing to do with actually running tests but allowing releng to manage the machines.
