780025 - Order multi iX nodes for win8 testings and the needed graphic cards

We decided that we need 100 win8 test machines to be able to keep up.

Before we go ahead and order all of these we need the a-team to sign off in bug 780024.

I believe some graphic cards were ordered in bug 760440 and one was shipped back from Toronto (I can't recall which bug but I made a comment).

Status update for all: The approval to purchase has not been given. IT & RelEng are working to ensure this is the correct platform. We do not expect that work to complete for several weeks, at which time this bug will be updated with the decision.

at the moment I am stuck at pushing the win8 image out with MDT. The process seems to work up until the very end where it locks the machine up completely. Working on troubleshooting these issues so we can confirm that this system will work for us.

Removing bug 755772 from blocking bugs since it does not block the builds per say.

bug 731280 nevertheless blocks bug 755772.
