this was working a while ago..
go to the above link and try to load any video on this page..

Get a warning message in the javascript window :
'The browser u are using is not supported'

"We're sorry, but there is no Windows Media Player plug-in for Netscape 6. 
Netscape 4 and Internet Explorer 5 both work with Windows Media Player on the 
MSNBC.com HighSpeed page. You have been redirected to the MSNBC.com home page."

This works now in ns6.2 and mozilla (I installed the media player plugin). 

However, in the source:

if (oBrowser.nn>=5 && !(document.getElementById)){
			location.replace("/m/mw/NS6.htm");
		}


Natrually, they do not mean the |!|. Going to keep the bug open for now.

On a new install of Mozilla 0.9.9, Windows Media Player was not recognized in
Windows XP until I went to the "C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player" directory
and copied these files to Mozilla plugin directory:

npdrmv2.dll, npdsplay.dll, npwmsdrm.dll, NPDRMV2.ZIP, NPDS.ZIP

Afterwards, Windows Media Player worked just fine from Mozilla.  I guess this is
basic setup and not related to this bug.

As for comment 5, there are two separate, non-tech evangelism problems relating
to the Windows Media Player. See bug 66015 and bug 151772.

Try this,
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/version64/plugin.aspx

and download and execute the file. It will install windows media player for
firefox.
