Guy Pyrzak had some students from Carnegie-Mellon University conduct some HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) research on Bugzilla in 2008. The results of that research are here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:CMU_HCI_Research_2008 This is a tracking bug for all of the issues that were discovered during that research.
