This is a meta bug for action items related to improving AccessFu for the latest Android. Here is the list of tasks (individual bugs will be opened for each item if necessary): Do no have: * slider control (*) [bug] * move last and first does not work [bug for sure] * scrolling has a new gesture to swipe immediately [bug, chrome doesn't support, we could] * Local menu [bug] * line granularity * section navigation (like landmark) * list navigation * control navigation -> we might be able to do that based on things being actionable * special content navigation [??] * swiping left and right does different things [notabug] TODO: * remove highlight (except for word and character mode) (*) [bug] * update system highlight on scroll or viewport changes Gingerbread: * remove gingerbread accessibility events [bug] * keep dpad navigation [notabug] (*) top priorities

A short wish list for Android platform accessibility. Putting it here so I don't forget: - Asynchronous performAction(): Currently performAction needs to return true or false if the action succeeded or not (for example move to next object). - Real first/last item. Currently it is just first last item on the screen (pretty useless, imho). - Configurable HTML navigation granularity. There is no way to truly modify the local context menu and add different granularity settings in HTML. Users want headers and links.
