We want to update the existing default browser check prompt to a new design and behavior:

• new strings
• updated checkbox logic
• firefox logo
• integrate pin functionality with the primary button

I caught a string issue with the Windows modal. We should use the {brand short name} in both instances of the Window modal:

Title: Make {brand short name} your primary browser?
Body: Keep {brand short name} at your fingertips...

Is your focus on windows having an issue while the mac one is good with it showing "Make Nightly your default browser?" Or are you saying it should display "Make Firefox your primary browser?"

The Nightly screenshots you shared are using the brand short name, which is "Nightly" on Nightly and "Firefox" on beta/release.

Never mind, the modals look good. My eyes were playing tricks on me — I swear the Windows modal had an instance of "Firefox" in one place, and "Nightly" in the other.
