This bug is for tracking of the project to unify SpiderMonkey uses of internationalization code to mozilla::intl. This is a sub-bug of Bug 1686965. Its purpose is to create a burndown chart to show how we are doing with removing #include "unicode/*" from the rest of Gecko. Only bugs that are about work to remove the #include statements should block this bug, otherwise follow-up bugs for improvements should only block the larger bug.
