A merge just landed on Cedar and I would hope to see some of the tests go green.

The set of all open bugs which block this bug is not what you want for "I want to turn off Fedora browser-chrome and mochitest-other."

For that, you want bug 847558, the probably unfiled "when Ubuntu VMs running browser-chrome don't hit bug 847558, they generally time out in browser_bug410900.js", and the apparently unfiled bug about the test_fullscreen.xul failures in mochitest-other.

we could turn off tests and get them to run, otherwise it looks like all of these are blocking us in one way or another.
