I am going on a war against v1/v2/etc. meta bugs. They're really just dumping grounds, and I don't see a reason for us to have more than one dumping ground for a given issue. For example, we've already fixed some of the bugs here, but there are still open bugs against "Awesomescreen v1". When we have a specific set of issues we want to prioritize to fix together in a given version, those can have their own meta bug that explicitly states what it is it's trying to achieve. Otherwise, let's just do single dumping ground meta bugs per topic.
